We comply fully with UK Distance Selling Regulations (DSR).
We try to eliminate the cause of returns by having good, clear advertising as well as experienced staff operating our LiveChat and emails to ensure the correct item is ordered first time.
Customers can return any item for any reason within 28 days if it is sent to us in an unopened, resalable condition. We strongly recommend our customers use a registered postal service or courier to return items to us. Please note that return postage is at the customers cost and we do not refund the return postage.
You should expect to receive your refund within 28 days of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much quicker.
We offer free Royal Mail 2nd Class shipping on all our products across the UK as standard.
At checkout we also offer faster shipping services including Royal Mail 1st Class and tracked courier services. The price for upgraded shipping is dependent on the service chosen.
