    Product Description

    This is the original Pitney Bowes printhead for the following franking machine mailing systems:

    • DM100i, DM160i, DM200i, DM300c, DM400c.


    After use the printhead becomes jammed with ink and needs to be cleaned, which can be done through the cleaning cycle on the machine. However, if this fails to help, it might be time to change your printhead.
